Oatmeal Ginger Pancakes



Low FODMAP Low Histamine Pancakes

2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup rolled oats
1/2 t. coconut palm sugar
1/4 t. baking powder
1/8 t. ground ginger
Dash salt

Fry in olive oil or ghee on both sides until golden. Serve with maple syrup, fresh blueberries, and ghee if desired. Makes 2 big or 3 small pancakes.
